The Little Blue Book of Sunshine

A free resource for all young people to help them cope

with stress, emotional health and mental health issues.

Life can be tough for young people. Everyone will sometimes feel down, worried or anxious of a variety of situations like coping at school, with family or friends.

The Little Blue Book of Sunshine is a paper booklet with has been written by a group of local young people for young people about emotional well-being and mental health. The aim is to try and dispel some of the myths about emotional well-being and mental health and that "it is alright" to ask for help. The Little Blue Book of Sunshine explores the issues that might be affecting young people and provides them with handy and helpful tips on how to cope and also to signpost them to local and national agencies who can help.

Then link for the book can be found here. The support and help found within the book should help to provide the skills and coping mechanisms that young people will need to transition safely and well into adulthood.

If you have any concerns, you can speak with your GP.
