We hope that you find this service of use. Emailing the surgery ( posted on Jun 15, 2017 )

Please note that we will only accept email requests for repeat prescriptions. We will NOT accept email requests for clinical information (e.g. referral letters, query about a clinical condition etc.) and would kindly request that you make either a face-to-face or telephone appointment for these issues.

This is for governance reasons, and is to ensure that your clinical safety is maintained at all times.

Thank you for your co-operation.

(Dis) courteous parking ( posted on Apr 13, 2017 )

When attending the surgery, please consider our neighbours and park courteously. Please do not park across their driveways, as this inconveniences them as well as being inconsiderate on your part.

Please do not park immediately outside the surgery entrance either - we are situated on a blind bend, and for those who are turning out and cannot see on-coming traffic, this is dangerous.

A polite reminder that the rear car park is for STAFF ONLY. Patients are continuing to ignore the clear signs and park in there. Three staff cars have recently been hit and damaged by inconsiderate individuals ignoring the signage and blatantly disregarding the rules.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Check in screen ( posted on Apr 6, 2016 )

Please use the check in screen located just inside the waiting room, particularly if the receptionist is busy when you arrive.  Please ensure that you follow through all of the screens right to the end and click "FINISH" otherwise the system does not update, and we will not know that you are here.

If you arrive late you will not be able to check in on the screen and you will need to speak to the receptionist.  This may mean you will have to rearrange you appointment for another time.
